To ensure a safe, professional, and visually cohesive exhibition environment, all participating artists are responsible for providing their own display equipment and securing their artwork properly.

Artist Requirements

All artists must bring:

Easels for artwork display
Sandbags or weights to stabilize easels and installations
Proper hanging/display hardware if applicable
Extension cords or specialty lighting if required for their installation
Protective packaging for artwork transport

Artwork Safety Standards

All artwork must be securely mounted or stabilized
Outdoor displays must be weighted appropriately for wind/weather conditions
Las Olas Capital Arts is not responsible for unsecured artwork or artist equipment
Artists are responsible for setup and breakdown of their own display area unless otherwise arranged

Recommended Equipment

Arrival & Setup

Artists must arrive during designated setup time at 7:30-8:00 pm
All installations must be completed before guest entry at 8:00 pm
Setup spaces must remain clean and professional throughout the event
Artists are encouraged to professionally network with guests. You represent your brand as an artist, networking and sharing stories about your art is a valueable skill to gain art collectors.
